Weekend Jump Start

So, as I start this healthy journey from a "diva's" point of view - I think back to all the attempts, struggles and failures - and I remind myself that those all lead me to this moment. And that's okay! 

It's actually 4 am and I can't sleep.  So, I'm making a plan.  A plan to put my life back in balance and in order. Being healthy isn't all about eating healthy and fitness, it's also about your emotional and spiritual well-being.  And a big part of that struggle for me is being disorganized.

2+ Day Plan of attack:
1. Go through my cabinets, freezer and refrigerator and clean out everything that is unhealthy or things that I know are difficult for me to control my portions. 
2. My bedroom should be a retreat.  Right now it's a source of clutter, disorganization and a catchall for my home.  This is the perfect time to structure a plan to place my bedroom back on the rest and relaxation trail!
3. Read and journal on my devotional today.
4. Visit a church in my area Sunday morning.
5. Get back in the gym Sunday!

I believe this will be a wonderful start to getting me towards my goals.
